Terms of Service

PlugAndPrompt gives you an AI agent that reads the emails you forward to it and turns them into rows you can export, for example to Excel. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You need a valid email address to sign up. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

• Only forward emails and attachments you are allowed to share with a service like ours.
• Don’t use the service for anything illegal, or to send spam, malware or abuse.
• Your emails and records stay yours. We use them only to provide the service to you.

The agent uses AI, and AI can make mistakes. Check your records before you rely on them, especially before they are used to pay, ship or decide anything.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as our reseller and merchant of record, so your purchase is also covered by their buyer terms. You can cancel at any time; see Refunds and cancellation.

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we provide it as is and can’t promise it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
