Privacy Policy

• Your account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• The emails and attachments you forward to your pipelines.
• The records your AI agent creates from them, and a log of each run.
• Billing details, which are handled by Lemon Squeezy, not stored by us.
• How you found us: the website that sent you and any campaign tags in the link you followed, saved with your account when you sign up.
• Visit statistics, such as pages viewed and the country you visit from. They are not tied to you and use no cookies.
• Error reports from the app, and recordings of how the screen was used, with every word and image hidden, to help us fix problems.

Only to run the service for you: reading your emails, creating your records, sending you account emails such as password resets, and billing. We don’t sell your data, and your emails are not used to train AI models, ours or anyone else’s.

• Microsoft Azure: hosting and database, in the EU (Poland). The AI model also runs on Azure and may process requests in other Azure regions.
• Cloudflare: receives the emails you forward.
• Resend: sends account emails.
• Lemon Squeezy: payments.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics: visit statistics, without cookies.
• Sentry: error reports and screen recordings, with all text and images hidden before they leave your browser.

Your emails and records are kept until you delete them. Deleting a pipeline deletes its emails, runs and records. To delete your whole account, email us and we’ll remove it.

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies. In the app, error reporting keeps a short-lived identifier in your browser’s session storage for the length of your visit, so a problem can be matched to the screen it happened on.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email hello@plugandprompt.com.
